So I personally use this strap everyday. I wear it to bed every night after getting any lace install. When I tell you it’s the best thing ever invented. It’s very comfortable because it has the adjustable Velcro strap fit to size your head. It keeps your baby hair in place at all times. It helps to keep the glue intact for weeks at a time. I even wore it during a high intensity workout one day which caused me to sweat very heavy and the lace never began to lift up. I’m telling you this strap has done wonders. I highly recommend it.
